SCUMBAG

Last Sunday the 3rd, John O'Brien and I were replacing anchors and hangers on French Rock, aka Pump Station Rock. A person or persons decided to borrow John's red climbing helmet and yellow Madrock climbing shoes,( brand new) without his permission. They removed them from his car while we working on this project. A loose block at the top was removed tha had anchors on it and new ones were put back in on good rock.

To whomever borrowed John's gear. May the favor be returned 10 times, 100 times, 1000 times over for  you.

Re: SCUMBAG

So Doug,

Why the double post? Was something returned?

This kinda stuff sucks and is not normal behaviour by those folks that share the honor of  "the brotherhood of the rope"

I doubt it was a climber and if so their soul is damned to choss!

Re: SCUMBAG

Hi Lee,

Just an error on my part in my attempt to edit out a mistake in giving bad karma to whomever took his gear. I need to give it in a positive way so it will work to it's fullest and not harm my karma in the process.

climb hard and have fun,

Doug
